The winter weather has certainly arrived in Nara, with temperatures dropping and the days feeling shorter. We hope you're all staying warm and cozy during this time!

After the excitement of the winter holidays, it's natural to feel a little out of sorts as we settle back into work and school routines. This is especially true for our students, who might be adjusting to new classes, schedules, and expectations.

We want to check in and see how everyone is doing! Are you finding it easy to get back into the swing of things? Have you developed any helpful strategies for tackling winter sluggishness?

Remember, everyone adjusts to change at their own pace. Be patient with yourself and your family members as you settle back into your winter routines.
